However, having had my fair share of experiences with Westgate, I thought it was high time to present an unvarnished review about whether this esteemed brand truly offers luxury or merely a façade.
To begin with, the properties under Westgate’s umbrella are undeniably beautiful. They are strategically located in some of the most sought-after vacation destinations across the United States. Moreover, there’s also the issue of hidden costs associated with staying at Westgate Resorts – something that I found particularly irksome. Costs for parking facilities or resort fees can add up significantly, and these are typically not included in the initial package price.
Lastly, Westgate’s timeshare sales tactics have been a subject of controversy. High-pressure sales presentations can be off-putting for many guests who simply want to enjoy their vacation without any hassle.

For me personally, my experience with Westgate Resorts was more about looks than actual luxury.
